In the award-winning EM Resorts, the essence of everlasting cretan locality is fused to an omnipresent plethora, both in luxury and abundance.

Being on holidays in EM Resorts, is indulge oneself in the treat of being a part of the “memory of joy” path and partake in its engraving in the collective memorabilia. This essence of “Euliving”, is totally in accordance with the “Eu Zin”, the art of living according to ancient Greeks, that sees body, mind and psyche working in synergy, in order to achieve a holistically beneficial standard of life. GASTRONOMY Whether you are keen on global nouvelle cuisine or opt to indulge in local accompaniments, our chefs and personnel are always kept on their toes in order to deliver on the highest level. Sample your way through some of cretan classic dishes, whose quality lies in the freshness of their ingredients and the use of wild herbs and greens, courtesy of our certified organic garden, labeled with “BIO Kouzina Silver” certification. Spicy delectable treats, like gamopilafo(wedding rice, cooked with butter and lemon), Chaniotiko Boureki(a special zucchini-potato pie) and Dakos(chopped tomato, fresh cheese, herbs and olive oil placed on top of a rusk) are just some of Crete’s delicacies, accompanied with the ubiquitous clear spirit of raki, the cretan nectar made 100% of grape pomace. Italy, the Mediterranean and Middle East are also honored in our restaurants, where you can find anything from italian pasta to juicy steaks charred to your liking. In total, you have 4 restaurants in each resort to choose to attend to, plus the “Souvlucky” cheat escapade at Euphoria and the traditional “Kafeneion” at Minoa, where you’ll savor the sweetness of a greek dessert with an extra sip or two of greek coffee.
